I have over 30 years of experiences in all facets of culinary industries including working at top American/European Hotels who pride themselves on Old World opulence and a capacity of 1,800 guests. I have worked for with high end catering companies that create personalized menus and in top notch high quality primarily exclusive restaurants and steakhouses. Executive chef for casinos and universities. I have built a cafe' and catering venue from the ground up. Led successful chef's tables .

The best person I have cooked for is my hero and personal celebrate , my Grandma. I remember being about 6 years old in my Grandma's kitchen watching everything she cooked. How she never measured anything she ever made and yet it tasted so good. She would allow me to help her , so I guess you could say , I was her sous chef. I often wonder who would show up for dinner . My Grandma always had an open table and welcomed everyone without judgement.
I believe do unto others as you would have done unto you.
Whatever event my customer has, I treat it as I am feeding Jesus himself. Nothing but the best and not a single detail is missed .
